Yes, we will be present during the interview to assist with the process. We can also provide an interpreter if necessary.

Generally, we introduce candidates who are capable of conducting interviews in Japanese.
However, interpretation services are available in the following cases:
・Positions involving a high volume of technical terms
・When there are concerns about the candidate’s Japanese proficiency
・When the company requests an interpreter
Since we verify Japanese proficiency in advance before scheduling interviews, you can proceed with the same ease as a standard hiring interview.
