A Supervising Organization is an entity that oversees and guides the proper implementation of the Technical Intern Training Program.
In the supervising-organization-type technical intern training, companies do not accept foreign trainees directly; instead, they generally accept them through a Supervising Organization.
*Only organizations licensed by the competent minister (Minister of Justice or Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare) are permitted to operate as Supervising Organizations.
[Main Roles]
・Assistance in creating Technical Intern Training Program plans
・Regular audits of accepting companies
・Handling consultations from Technical Intern Trainees
・Guidance on preventing and correcting legal violations
・Coordination with sending organizations
They are not merely referral agencies; they play a role in verifying that the Technical Intern Training Program is being operated properly.
