What is the Japanese language proficiency level of your registered candidates?

The Japanese language proficiency of our registrants varies depending on their Status of Residence and educational background, but we introduce candidates who possess the Japanese language skills necessary for employment.

[Guidelines by Status of Residence]
1. Specified Skilled Worker (for candidates ready to contribute immediately): JLPT N4 or higher
・Can generally understand everyday conversation
・Can understand work instructions and safety guidelines
・Can read and write at a basic level

2. Technical Intern Training Program / Employment for Skill Development (Training Type): Acceptable even if equivalent to JLPT N5 upon entry
・Can understand parts of slow-paced daily conversation
・Can understand simple words and short sentences

3. Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services (for Professionals): JLPT N3 or higher (N2 or higher depending on the job type)
・Can understand job descriptions and meeting content
・Can compose emails and reports
・Can handle basic business Japanese
