By addressing these in advance, you can prevent legal risks and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
This also helps prevent issues and improve retention rates.

If the Status of Residence does not match the job description, the individual cannot work.

3. [Salary and Working Conditions]
・Is the salary above the minimum wage?
・Are the working conditions equal to or better than those for Japanese employees?
・Are they eligible for social insurance?
It is not permitted to lower conditions solely because the employee is a foreign national.
4. [Reception System]
・Has a designated supervisor been assigned?
・Is the company prepared to explain the job duties?

For the “Specified Skilled Worker” status in particular, it is necessary to establish a support system.
5. [Required Procedures]
The procedures required of the company vary depending on the Status of Residence.
